Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that he could leave French giants Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.

Although PSG are top of Ligue 1 and comfortably qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League, the Italian doesn’t know what the future will hold.

“I have a contract until June that includes an option to extend it for another year if we qualify for the Champions League,” he told L’Equipe.

“I want to stay here, but I know that, at the end of the season, the club will decide whether they're happy or not with my work.

“I haven't spoken with the President. We will see how things stand at the end of the season and, if the club is happy, and I am too, we will continue.

“I'm very happy here, but if the club is not happy, I will have no problem changing.”

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has been linked as a possible replacement for Ancelotti at the end of the campaign.

Ancelotti has openly admitted a desire to boss former club Roma, an outfit that he appeared for as a player.

The tactician has worked for Reggiana, Parma, Juventus and Milan in Italy. He’s also bossed Premiership giants Chelsea.
