It has been suggested that Los Merengues are also in the hunt for the French international, and their Coach did nothing to play down that speculation in a Press conference this morning.
“Is there a chance? I don’t know, we’re here working,” Zidane shrugged.
“Anything can happen until August 31. He’s not a Madrid player yet. We can’t talk about what might happen. I always say the same to this question.
“Everyone is interested in Pogba. He’s a great player and when you’re Madrid you always want the best. But you have to respect some things.
“He’s a Juve player and today I can’t say anything.
“It’s hard for Madrid to improve their squad, we’ve always had the best. We’ve won with this squad. There are good players, and things can always be improved, and always will be at this club.
“There are always players who can improve the team.”
