Zdenek Zeman says he intends to still be in charge of Pescara next season – hopefully in the Italian top flight.
The Czech tactician, now 64, signed a one-year contract with the Serie B outfit last summer and his side are currently at the top of the standings.

The Czech tactician, now 64, signed a one-year contract with the Serie B outfit last summer and his side are currently at the top of the standings.
“I hope to stay,” stated the former Lazio” data-scaytid=”6″>Lazio and Roma boss. “I’m really happy in Pescara, but it depends on what happens and what the club wants to do.
“Serie A? I believe that we can achieve promotion. We have 12 games to demonstrate that we play the best football in the Division as a lot of people claim.
“If we do continue to do that then we will probably win the championship.”
Zeman, a Coach who uses an attacking 4-3-3, hasn’t worked in Serie A since a spell at Lecce in 2006-07.
Pescara haven’t played top tier football since the 1992-93 campaign. They were in the Third Division as recently as 2009-10.
