It is believed that the Hammers are offering a deal structured as an initial loan with the option to buy and that Zaza wants regular game time.
The report says that the 24-year-old wants to make the Azzurri squad for Euro 2016 and therefore needs to understand his role at Juve and West Ham’s offer before making a decision.
