Simone Zaza “cannot wait” for Euro 2016 to get started as Italy prepare to face Belgium, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland.
The Juventus striker spoke to reporters as the squad arrived for their flight to Montpellier.
“We are leaving tonight and personally I cannot wait,” grinned Zaza.
“We are aware of our strength and very determined.”
The team flies out from Milan’s Malpensa Airport this evening.
Their opening game is against Belgium on Monday night.
