Nicolò Zaniolo clashed with Triestina defender Walter Lopez during a friendly encounter last night, and according to Il Corriere dello Sport, Mourinho didn’t like it.
Lopez and Zaniolo had argued several times before the defender committed a foul on the Giallorossi starlet minuted before the halftime break.
The 35-year-old then tried to hit Zaniolo with the ball, causing his reaction. They clashed for a few seconds before Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini arrived to divide them.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma coach José Mourinho didn’t like what he saw and made sure Zaniolo knew it.
The former Inter and Fiorentina missed the entire 2020-21 campaign due to a knee injury sustained in a Nations League clash between Italy and The Netherlands in September 2020.
He has played three games during the pre-season with the Giallorossi this summer, including yesterday’s friendly against Triestina, which the Serie A giants won 1-0 thanks to a Nicola Zalewski goal in the second half.
