Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini insists he is fed up with football and plans to sell the club after last night's defeat to Milan at San Siro.

The Rosanero felt especially hard done by on the road and accused the referee of being biased towards Milan.

Palermo Coach Delio Rossi said: "It's difficult to explain how we lost 3-1," an opinion shared by the club's owner.

"Tomorrow morning I will resign," Zamparini said. "I am selling Palermo and I am leaving football definitively.

"I want to distance myself as soon as possible from this football. Palermo is up for sale from right now.

"I thought things had changed, but it's still the same filth," he concluded.
