The Argentinian striker is believed to be close to sealing a move to Juventus, with Rosanero vice-President Guglielmo Miccichè hinting earlier today that a deal is close.

“Dybala? He’s the new [Lionel] Messi,” Zamparini told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“[Edinson] Cavani is a better target man than the Argentine, but he [Dybala] plays all over the field, that’s why I define him as the new Messi.

“Do Napoli want him? Not at the moment, I think we’ll have to wait until we know who the next Napoli Coach is, but the lad could be gone by then.

“I’d have liked to have continued our relationship with Napoli, but the player decides, along with his agent and I think he prefers somewhere which will guarantee him the biggest competitions.

“Even [Milan President Silvio] Berlusconi asked me [about Dybala], I saw him at Arcore last week, but my impression is that Palermo don’t have much say in the decision.

“It will be his agents who decide.”
