Roma President James Pallotta says the gap to Juventus will reduce “when we have our stadium”.
The Bianconeri signed Miralem Pjanic from the Lupi this summer, as well as taking Medhi Benatia, Marko Pjaca and, imminently, Gonzalo Higuain.
“It seems that sometimes people just don’t want to understand: Juventus have more revenue than us, they can spend more money than us,” Pallotta pointed out in an interview with Sky.

“We can’t do it, there are rules about investment. When we have our stadium, the gap will be reduced and we’ll enter the top 10 in Europe.”
Francesco Totti has been given a new one-year contract, but Coach Luciano Spalletti has hinted he could even play on for another season.
“From what he’s told me, this will be Totti’s last year. I’m not sure though, we’ll see. The other day he told me he wants to be a Coach too.”
