Filip Kostic was an important figure for Juventus in the Derby d’Italia but he could’ve been wearing the Inter shirt in the match.

The 30-year-old Serbian winger has been one of the few creative bright spots in the Bianconeri squad this season and has already provided six assists in his 19 appearances under Massimiliano Allegri. In the Derby d’Italia yesterday, Kostic provided the assist for both of Juventus’ goals, being the architect of their 2-0 win.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Kostic could’ve been playing for Inter in that game, had the club decided to sign the Serbian and not pick up Robin Gosens from Atalanta back in January of this year.

The Nerazzurri were looking for a replacement for Ivan Perisic and decided to bring in Gosens instead of pulling the trigger for Kostic, allowing Juventus to sign the 30-year-old in the summer for around €13m.

Gosens’ time in the Lombardy capital has not been too impressive so far, with the German mostly dealing with injuries and poor fitness.

  1. Did you even study English before writing?

There is no such thing as “CHOSED”.

“Choose” is an irregular verb, with “chose” as the past form and “chosen” as the past participle form.
