Massimiliano Allegri was spotted with PSG directors Luis Campos in Montecarlo, but the Italian tactician is unlikely to leave Juventus in the summer.

The meeting between Allegri and Campos probably took place during the weekend of the Formula One Grand Prix at the end of May and a picture that has become viral on social media has sparked new speculations over the Italian tactician’s future in Turin.

Allegri meeting with Campos fuels PSG talk for Juventus coach

There are mixed reports in Italy, with Gazzetta claiming that Allegri snubbed an offer from PSG, while Sky Sport maintains that the former Milan tactician didn’t receive any proposal from Paris and only met Campos because they are close friends.

Gazzetta and Tuttosport quote sources close to the club and the coach saying that the meeting with Campos was casual. The pink paper adds that Allegri is not entirely happy with Juventus’ transfer so far but has faith in the management and doesn’t want to leave Turin.

PSG are set to part ways with Mauricio Pochettino and Christophe Galtier is the leading candidate to become the new coach at the Parc des Princes.

9 thought on “What’s behind Allegri’s meeting with PSG director Campos?”
  1. Probably the best thing for Juve if he were to go. He’s become very negative, and seems delighted when they get a 0 – 0 or a 1 – 1 with a small team

  2. I cannot even get Juve to win the CL on PS5 with the easiest mode setting. Everytime I use Roberto Carlos Sandro and Cafu Danilo, the AI keeps forcing me to do the PhD Max back, back, down, down.

In reality Juve will never win the CL. Forget about a Super League as well. They would become the Norwich City or Salernitana of that league if they were to play the bigger boys weekly.

  3. Not sure what juventus fans are complaining about??? After all juventus cheating, bribery, corruption and disgraceful behaviour they are lucky to still be allowed to play in seria a.
