Parma CEO Pietro Leonardi has confirmed talks are ongoing over Jonathan Biabiany’s exit, but has denied Gabriel Paletta is leaving.

Biabiany is the subject of an offer from Chinese outfit Guanghou Evergrande, but is seen to have also attracted late interest from Milan, who are rumoured to be interested in sending Riccardo Saponara and Cristian Zaccardo on loan to the Tardini in an exchange deal.

Commenting on the Frenchman’s future, Parma’s CEO has confirmed that such rumours may have an ounce of truth.

“We are dealing with Guanghou Evergrande, but also with some Italian clubs,” Leonardi has told Radio Radio today.

However, Leonardi once more refuted claims linking Paletta with a move away. The centre-back is once more paired with interest from Roma today.

“Paletta is not going to Roma, nothing is true, he is not for sale. We often speak with Walter Sabatini but we have never talked about the player, I do not understand how these rumours have been able to come out.

“Paletta wants to play at the World Cup and will be the true purchase for Parma this January.”

Milan are also suggested by SportMediaset as using Zaccardo and Saponara in a cash-plus-players deal for the Argentine.
