Milan stars took to social media to show celebrations inside the dressing room and in the team bus after their 1-0 win over Napoli.
The Rossoneri sealed a crucial victory at the Stadio Maradona last night thanks to an Olivier Giroud goal in the second half. It was his first goal away from San Siro this season.
The France striker posted a picture from the dressing room along with Rafael Leao, who was one of the best Milan players in Naples last night. The Portuguese striker was praised by ex-Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi who named him and Theo Hernandez as the best Rossoneri players at the Stadio Maradona.
Theo had a pizza in the team bus after the match: ‘After a good game, good pizza,’ he wrote on Instagram, posting a picture with Brahim Diaz.
The Rossoneri are now the table leaders with a two-point lead over their city rivals Inter who have a game in hand. Milan return to the pitch on Saturday, hosting Empoli at the Stadio Meazza.
