Roma have received a boost ahead of this weekend's clash with Chievo as Mirko Vucinic is fit again following a short spell on the sidelines.

The Montenegro international striker pulled out of Sunday's match against Palermo with a niggling ankle injury, but has been back in training this week.

Il Corriere dello Sport understands Vucinic will start at the Bentegodi for only the seventh time in Serie A this season.

Vucinic aside, Roma boss Claudio Ranieri has something of a selection headache because he needs to rest players in view of his side's all-important Champions League match away to Cluj on Wednesday.

The Giallorossi need to win to ensure their qualification for the next round of the competition but can't afford to take their eye off the ball in Serie A.
