A deal worth €24m has been agreed for the Nerazzurri to sign the Atletico Madrid full-back.

The Croatian will head to San Siro on an initial year-long loan deal, with Inter having the option to sign him permanently next summer.

The 26-year-old will interrupt his summer holiday to travel to Milan and will reportedly undergo his medical tomorrow morning.

And Tuttosport claims Vrsaljko has already chosen his squad number, with the Italian daily believing the former Sassuolo and Genoa player will wear Inter’s number two shirt next season.

Inter are also close to securing a deal to sign Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich.
