Roma midfielder Gonzalo Villar turned to social media to ask for help after his parents’ car was stolen during the night.

The Giallorossi player, who has not appeared in Serie A with the Giallorossi this term, asked for help on social media.

His parents were supposed to return to Spain by car and had parked outside Villar’s house, but the Fiat 500 had been stolen when they were asleep during the night.

“Hello everyone,” Villar wrote on Twitter. “I wanted to let you know that last night someone stole my parents’ car (Fiat 500 Abarth, white, number plate 5519JXY) parked outside my house.

“This morning, when they went to use it to return to Spain, unfortunately it wasn’t there. If you know something… Thank you!”

Villar arrived at Roma from Elche FC in January 2020 and has appeared 59 times in the Giallorossi shirt so far.

Since Mourinho arrived at the Olimpico, he has played in one of the two Trabzonspor games in the play-off for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
