Roma coach Jose Mourinho made headlines with his touchline run after the Giallorossi’s win against Sassuolo, check out the Portuguese tactician’s similar runs at Inter and Old Trafford.

The former Nerazzurri coach celebrated his 1000th game as a professional coach with a 2-1 win over Sassuolo, as Roma climbed to the top of Serie A after three League games.

Milan and Napoli have also won three of three games so far this term, but it was a special occasion for Mourinho at the Olimpico on Sunday.

The iconic moment went viral on Twitter yesterday, as Mourinho galloped down the touchline to celebrate with his players under the Curva Sud.

But it’s not the first time Mourinho reacted with a touchline run, take a look at his runs at Inter and Old Trafford below.

When Inter won 2-1 over Siena in December 2008, the Nerazzurri went into the break as Winter Champions and Mourinho ran half the pitch to celebrate with Maicon.

One of the most iconic moments during his time with FC Porto, was when the Portuguese ran celebrated the win over Manchester United at Old Trafford. The Portuguese side ended up winning the competition in 2004, one year after winning the UEFA Cup.
