Olivier Giroud scored his first goal away from San Siro last night and enjoyed chants from Rossoneri fans before returning to the dressing room.

The 2018 France World Cup winner scored his first goal away from Milan in a crucial 1-0 win over Napoli last night. β€œMy first goal away, it seems extremely important,” he wrote on Instagram.

The Diavoli fans sang for the ex-Chelsea striker after the match and Giroud seemed to enjoy the treatment from his supporters. The Serie A giants posted a video on their official TikTok account showing Giroud sending kisses to answer to Milan’s ultras singing his name.

The Rossoneri are the Serie A table leaders with a two-point lead over Inter, but the Nerazzurri have a game in hand.

  1. Giroud…next time walk over or have someone on staff wheel you over in a wheelbarrow if need be so you can properly address the ultras.
