Olivier Giroud struggled to leave Milanello yesterday and stopped with some fans to take selfies following a 1-0 win over Fiorentina.

Giroud has quickly become one of the fans’ idols and the former Chelsea star was overwhelmed by the love of his supporters while leaving Milanello yesterday.

The France international had to stop his car, taking selfies with some of them while leaving the Rossoneri’s training centre after the game.

He posted the video on social media, writing ‘Grazie a tuti.’ (Thank you all).

Seven points in the last three games will be enough for Stefano Pioli’s men to win the Serie A title after their 1-0 win over Fiorentina yesterday.

The Stadio Meazza was sold out against the Tuscans and Milan fans went wild seeing Rafael Leao score a late winner, which has further boosted their title hopes.

  1. I was shocked when he missed than sitter though. He has rarely missed those one on one chances in his career. He better score them the next time because we won’t get many chances in the next three matches.

  2. I would be more worried by the fact that Pioli seems to now start with Diaz and Messias. The less said particularly with Diaz the better.
