Daniele De Rossi looked like the calmest man at the Stadio Olimpico after seeing Gianluca Mancini score the eventual winner in the derby against Lazio on Saturday.
De Rossi reacted extremely calmly to Mancini’s goal against Lazio on Saturday, which eventually gave Roma their first win in a derby in over two years.
Roma showed their coach’s reaction in a video on X, formerly Twitter, asking sarcastically: “Was everyone this calm, right?”
De Rossi had asked his players to keep their nerves on the eve of the game, however, he understandably erupted in joy after the final whistle, celebrating his first victory in a Rome derby as a coach with fans and players.
