Leonardo Bonucci has gone viral after a fan found her way onto the Italy team bus only to be ejected by the Juventus defender.
It is not entirely clear where the incident took place, but the other players seemed bemused and a little concerned by her presence.
She wrote on her video, uploaded to TikTok, that she had been ‘invited’ onto the bus by coach Roberto Mancini, but this seems frankly improbable.
“They told me I could get on.”
Bonucci thought as much too, leaving his seat at the back to tell her in no uncertain terms that she needed to get off the bus.
There was a great deal of criticism of Bonucci’s tone with the young lady on TikTok comments, but others pointed out that the bus is a sacred space for players and not one where people can just wander in to start filming for their social media accounts.
Some joked that it was the quickest reaction they’d seen from Bonucci in some years.
