Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal says he'd like to win the Champions League before playing the Copa America.

The Bianconeri are the only Italian team left in the most prestigious European tournament, and while few see them as favourites, the Chilean's approach seems to be quite light-hearted.

“It would be nice to reach the Copa America after having won the Champions League,” Vidal has said, in an interview with Gazzetta TV. “It would give us a lot of confidence.”

“It would be nice to reach the Copa America after having won the Champions League,” Vidal has said, in an interview with Gazzetta TV. “It would give us a lot of confidence.”

Vidal's confidence in the means of Juventus seems to be based largely on their midfield.

“We've been playing together for many years. There's a great connection between us.

“I think we've got the strongest midfield in the world.

“When we play together we can face up to anyone. We have quality, quantity and youth.

“In Europe, Real Madrid are the team I enjoyed playing against the most.

“They play real football, with the best players in the world. But nobody is unbeatable.”

Vidal was also asked about changing Coaches, from Antonio Conte to Max Allegri.

“They are different. Each has his own qualities. Our players have to adapt themselves to their demands.

“We had three very good years with Conte, and now we're doing well with Allegri too.

“Juventus are a very strong team. We proved on the pitch that we're the best.

“We made history, but we can do even better.”
