Ajax director Edwin Van der Sar believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic can bring Milan back to the top of Serie A and is "not worried about Matthijs de Ligt at Juventus.”
The former Juve stopper was at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai and was asked about Ibra's return to Milan on a six-month contract with option to extend for another season.
“For Zlatan it’s a unique opportunity to play and score many goals in the last few seasons of his career.

“For Zlatan it’s a unique opportunity to play and score many goals in the last few seasons of his career.
“He can take Milan and bring them back towards the top of the table,” Van der Sar told Sky Sport Italia.
De Ligt left Ajax for Juventus last summer in a €75m deal, but has struggled at times in his opening season in Turin, prompting some to suggest he should've chosen Barcelona.
“He has some initial difficulties, they are normal, especially in a team like Juve and in a difficult championship like Serie A," continued Van der Sar.
“But he’s good, strong, I’m absolutely not worried about his future.”
