Mark Van Bommel's agent says there is “nothing concrete” in contract renewal negotiations with Milan.

The veteran arrived in the January transfer window for the final six months of his deal with Bayern Munich and has been linked with a move to the Premier League.

“The lad is happy to stay and the club is happy to keep him, but for now we have only discussed a few things about the renewal. There is nothing concrete,” agent Mino Raiola told Sky Sport Italia.

“We will wait for the club to contact us over the next few weeks. Mark has certainly proved his worth, but we still have to set up serious talks with Milan.”

The Rossoneri have several players out of contract in the summer, including Massimo Ambrosini, Andrea Pirlo and Marek Jankulovski.
