The agent of Napoli midfielder Mirko Valdifiori says he’s ‘back to the levels of when he was at Empoli’.
The playmaker signed for the Partenopei in the summer, joining Coach Maurizio Sarri and full-back Elseid Hysaj in making the switch from Tuscany to Campania.
However, the 29-year-old has struggled to recreate the form that saw him earn an Azzurri call-up last season, making only four Serie A appearances so far.

Despite this, agent Mario Giuffredi believes the midfielder has now adapted to his new setting and will return to his best form soon.
“After a normal period of acclimatisation, things are going much better,” Giuffredi told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“We only think positively, he’s back to the same physical and mental levels of when he was at Empoli.
“I’ve known Hysaj for years, his performances haven’t surprised me. He’s doing everything I expected of him in the Napoli shirt.
“I’ve been saying since the summer that Napoli would be fighting for the Scudetto.
“Sarri is very good at motivating the team, even against the smaller sides. This can make the difference.”
