The visitors to Turin on Monday night are still winless this season and these Torino vs. Cremonese predictions suggest that the Grigiorossi will go home disappointed once again.

Torino vs. Cremonese odds

1 – Torino to win – 13/20

2 – Under 2.5 goals scored – 4/5

3 – Both teams not to score – 3/4

4 – Antonio Sanabria to score at any time – 7/4

5 – Torino to win 2-0 – 6/1

Torino can probably count themselves as unlucky to come away without at least a point from the San Siro last Friday, as they had enough chances against a Milan side that had struggled in the weeks previous. Ivan Jurić certainly thought so, and he should now be happy that his team face the easier task of beating Cremonese on Monday.

The Granata have continued to float around just below the European places, without ever really looking like challenging. Jurić may not publically say so, but that should be seen as an achievement for the club – but the middle of the Serie A table is very congested.

Three points at home against the bottom-placed team is now expected and, although Torino have hardly been prolific this season, that result should be achievable. Antonio Sanabria looked lively against Milan and he could find the net here on Monday night.

Cremonese will be hoping that their luck has to change at some point. Still winless after 22 games, relegation seems almost certain – and it is probably only the chance of some success in the Coppa Italia that is keeping the fans going at this point.

Although Davide Ballardini’s side had beaten Napoli in the cup this season, there wouldn’t have been too many fans expecting much from the trip to Naples last weekend. A 3-0 defeat was about the best to be expected and the search for an elusive Serie A victory continues.

The laws of probability mean that Cremonese must win a game at some point this season. But at the moment it is very difficult to see where that will come from – and Torino should not be overly worried on Monday.

Torino vs. Cremonese line-ups

Torino (3-4-2-1): Milinković-Savić; Djidji, Buongiorno, Schuurs; Singo, Ilić, Adopo, Rodriguez; Miranchuk, Vlašić; Sanabria

Cremonese (3-5-2): Carnesecchi; Ferrari, Aiwu, Chiriches; Sernicola, Pickel, Benassi, Vásquez; Ciofani, Afena-Gyan

Torino team news

No new injury worries for Ivan Jurić, but he may be able to bring back Ivan Ilić back into the starting line-up after the Serbian midfielder came on as a sub last week. Debutant Gvidas Gineitis should be the one to make way.

Cremonese team news

Davide Ballardini, on the other hand, has plenty of absences to deal with. Both Cyriel Dessers and David Okereke are missing, so he will probably look to Daniel Ciofani and Felix Afena-Gyan as his striking partnership on Monday.
