With his contract set to expire in June, Juve cannot afford to lose him on a free transfer, so a January exit seems almost inevitable.

This week the Atomic Ant’s agent denied contact with Napoli, while Arsenal remain an option overseas.

The club most consistently linked with Giovinco in January are Torino and according to Tuttosport the negotiations will intensify around today’s match at the Juventus Stadium.

Giovinco has played only 176 minutes in four Serie A games this season, plus seven minutes in three Champions League appearances.

Nonetheless, he is still given playing time by Italy Coach Antonio Conte.
