Torino have reportedly offered €13m plus midfielder Sasa Lukic for Genoa striker Giovanni Simeone.
The claim was made on Wednesday morning by Il Secolo XIX – a newspaper with close links to Genoa.
Fiorentina had already offered €4m to take the Argentine on loan, plus a €16m option to buy.
Lukic is seen to be expendable, the 20-year-old having made just seven starts for Toro last season.
Such a move for Simeone may also reignite speculation linking Andrea Belotti with Milan.
