Hernandez has become a popular name in France and the Ligue 1 giants are prepared to bring him home, despite his hefty price tag.

The 22-year-old, who moved to San Siro from Real Madrid last summer, signed a deal until June 2024 with the Diavolo, who paid €20m for his services in July 2019.

Hernandez has contributed five goals and three assists in his 22 league games with the Rossoneri and has been a mainstay in the side sitting seventh in Serie A and tied 1-1 with Juventus after the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-finals.
