Sky Sport Italia reports Theo Hernandez is not fully fit for tonight’s match against Tottenham after picking up a knock in training but should be able to start anyway.

According to the report, Theo sustained a minor injury during Monday’s training session at Milanello so he is not fully fit for tonight’s match against Tottenham in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 at San Siro.

He should still be able to start on the left flank in a 3-4-1-2 formation.

Theo has been a key player for the Rossoneri, managing five assists and two goals in 26 appearances across all competitions this season.

He was part of the France squad that reached the World Cup Final in December.

He has missed three games due to injuries this season, first between September and October due to a tear in the abductor’s muscle and then because of muscle fatigue at the end of January.

The 25-year-old signed a contract extension with Milan exactly a year ago and his current deal runs through 2026.
