According to Sport1 in Germany, Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan N’Dicka, who has been linked with Inter and Juventus, has agreed to personal terms with Barcelona ahead of a free transfer in the summer.

The 23-year-old’s contract with Eintracht Frankfurt expires in June and a host of top European clubs have been linked with securing his services at the end of the season.

According to Sport1 in Germany, Barcelona have been the quickest in reaching an agreement with the France international although the transfer is not completed yet.

The report claims Eintracht directors are aware of a principle of agreement between their defender and the Catalans who, however, have taken time and are also considering different targets before putting pen to paper to the agreement.

This means both Inter and Juventus remain in the race for the French defender who has been playing for the Bundesliga side since 2018.

It remains to be seen how much the Serie A pair would be willing to invest and whether they can match Barcelona’s offer.

Juventus have been docked 15 points for financial irregularities and Inter have offered Stefan de Vrij a contract extension after learning that Milan Skriniar would leave San Siro as a free agent in June, joining PSG.
