Spain Coach Julen Lopetegui says Milan’s Suso “is talented and deserved this call-up” after including him for the Italy match.
The Azzurri face La Roja in a World Cup qualifier next month, a match which is being billed as a showdown for top spot.
It was confirmed earlier today that Suso has been called-up for the first time, and Lopetegui singled the 24-year-old for praise.

“He’s done very well with Milan,” the Coach said in his Press conference to announce the squad.
“If he’s been called it’s because he is talented and he deserves this call-up. He’s a good dribbler and has qualities which suit our style of play.
“Italy? They’ve won every game after the one with us, they’ve grown a lot as a team. We’ll try to beat them at the Bernabeu.”
