Veteran midfielder Dejan Stankovic feels Inter are beginning to thrive under the management of Leonardo.

Saturday's 1-0 win at home to Cagliari was their ninth in 11 League games this year.

The Nerazzurri remain five points behind Milan in third place.

"It's normal to be tired. January and February are devastating, but now comes the good bit and the upcoming games like the one against Bayern Munich mean there is no tiredness. It'll be forgotten," Stankovic said.

"Among the new signings, the surprise is Andrea Ranocchia. Aside from Yuto Nagatomo, I knew the others already, like Giampaolo Pazzini who in the past thrashed the living daylights out of us.
