This is the fourth case for the newly-promoted Serie A side, after two players and one member of the staff had contracted the virus earlier this week.
"La Spezia Calcio announce that, following the last round of swabs tests, the player Juan Manuel Ramos tested positive for Coronavirus,” Spezia’s official statement reads.
"Currently asymptomatic, the defender is already in isolation as required by the protocol.”
