Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti gave a two-hour lecture at Coverciano this morning, teaching a number of lessons to aspiring Italian coaches.

The Partenopei have started the 2022-23 season in electric fashion, flying to the top of the Serie A table and booking their spot in the Round of 16 in the Champions League after an almost perfect group stage run. Napoli are hungry to win their first Scudetto in over three decades and Spalletti looks poised to become a hero in the Campania capital.

As reported by ANSA, Spalletti gave a two-hour lecture in the conference room of the Football Museum at Coverciano today, teaching various aspects of coaching from tactical choices to squad management to aspiring UEFA Pro and UEFA A license holding coaches. 

Among the students, there were several of Spalletti’s former players like Daniele De Rossi and Alberto Aquilani, as well as various Serie A assistant coaches like Matteo Paro and Salvatore Foti. 

Spalletti later toured the Football Museum, accompanied by the president of the Foundation, Matteo Marani.
