Spain have given a debut call-up to Milan winger Suso for their upcoming 2018 World Cup qualifier against Italy.

Suso is no stranger to Spain boss Julen Lopetegui, who coached the 24-year-old in La Roja’s Under-20 and U21 teams between 2010 and 2013.

Napoli pair Raul Albiol and Jose Callejon are overlooked, but there is a place for clubmate Pepe Reina, as well as ones for ex-Milan attacker Gerard Deulofeu and former Juventus striker Alvaro Morata.
