“We’ve lacked consistency in play and result,” Sousa said in his Press conference ahead of the Europa League match against Slovan Liberec.
“The principles and concepts of our play are still the same. Now we have to get consistency.

“The principles and concepts of our play are still the same. Now we have to get consistency.
“We’re growing and we want to get consistency in our results. Our character has seen us through some games, we can play and win against anyone.
“The mentality is the culture, we’ve already talked about that. There are a lot of elements which can influence that culture, starting with the structure of the club, players with a winning mentality and our approach to games.
“We often take risks with our approach, but we do it to create a culture of winning games. We have to keep maturing.”
Will changes be made for tomorrow’s game?
“The idea, as always, is to win. I need to pick a team which can win the match, making the best decisions.
“In the second half of the first game we had some problems, so we have to be prepared for their mental intensity.
“We’ll do our best and keep completely focused.”
