Roma defender Kostas Manolas is reportedly in total agreement with Napoli over a transfer.

According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, personal terms and image rights have been negotiated successfully.

That leaves Napoli only needing to agree a fee with Roma – and Di Marzio is certain they will ‘shortly’, even if the Giallorossi continue to demand receipt of the defender’s €36m release clause.

The Greek should replace Raul Albiol as Kalidou Koulibaly’s centre-back partner at the San Paolo, given the veteran is closing in on a return to Spain with Villarreal.
