Silvio Berlusconi is seen as likely to once more have the final say on who is appointed Milan Coach, to succeed Max Allegri.

With Mauro Tassotti having been placed in temporary charge of the first team squad, with a midweek Cup tie on the horizon, attention is on a perceived choice to succeed the now sacked Allegri as between Pippo Inzaghi and Clarence Seedorf.

Inzaghi is currently in charge of the youth team and was reported to have held talks with Milan officials this morning over a potential promotion.

Seedorf, however, had been linked in recent weeks with originally replacing Allegri in the summer, whilst his agent has indicated he could be free from his Botafogo commitment as and when is necessary.

Sky Sport Italia are running the line that club President Silvio Berlusconi will be the one to ultimately determine which of the club’s two former players they appoint.
