Another matchless performance as he beat away, blocked or saved at least 10 Torino efforts on goal. Free-kicks, volleys, headers, in fact he stopped everything thrown at him, especially alert on a fabulous double save in the second half. Miraculous.

One of the few who didn’t deserve to be on the losing side as he put in a solid defensive shift along the right flank, stopping Milan’s left-sided players making any headway down the wing. Vigilant.

The man of the match scored the equaliser with a splendid volley and never stopped pushing forward. Always looking for the killer pass, he set up several chances with his intelligent and responsive passing, including the assist for Kaka’s goal. Transcendent.
Gokhan Inler [Napoli]
A performance full of hard running that helped him boss the midfield with his passes and defensive awareness. Always central to the best action, he laid on the opener and set the tempo of the match throughout.Composed.

As an unstoppable force of nature the captain drove his team forward and opened the scoring with a low screamer. A few minutes later he almost made it two but he could not be stopped and soon enough scored his second. Powerful.
Kaka [Milan]
Kaka showed the sort of skills and attitude that made him a Galatico with his almost 360-degree vision. The Brazilian ace also scored with the cutest of shots from the cutest of angles. Sublime.

Constantly reminded fans of what he can bring to a game, sheer class. Unafraid to take players on, he topped off all his superb work with a mule kick of a volleyed goal that combined technique with unadulterated brilliance. Inspiring.

The quicksilver Argentinean stormed the Olimpico, scored a fabulous brace and also had one chalked off. His first saw him split open the home defence, the second came via a simple smash and grab as he slaughtered Federico Marchetti. Sensational.
