Last night, chaos erupted around the proposed protocol for the provisional restart on June 13 and the group training allowed from Monday.
Many of the clubs aren’t equipped to keep their players in such a retreat and the clubs have asked the governing bodies to work out a different solution, highlighting three important changes ahead of the proposed resumption.
The amendments requested by the clubs in Serie A include no group quarantine in the case of a positive test, abolition of the retreat and no legal liability for the club medics.
The protocol set by the government’s Technical and Scientific Committee (CTS) will now be revised and will be clarified in the next hours, through an official press release.
In the afternoon, FIGC President Gabriele Gravina and the Minister of Sport Vincenzo Spadafora will meet to discuss the proceedings.
