Sky Sports UK reports Kolasinac could be heading to Serie A this winter, with Napoli and Roma both in need of new left-backs.
The Partenopei have also been linked with Milan’s Ricardo Rodriguez, while Aleksandar Kolarov turned 34 last month.
The broadcaster writes how the Giallorossi have identified the Bosnian as Kolarov’s long-term replacement.
