Watch as Sassuolo demolish Salernitana in a five-star performance from Armand Lauriente in an historic match, the first in Serie A to be officiated by a woman.

Referee Maria Sole Ferrieri Caputi led out the players at the Mapei Stadium and the hosts did the rest, as Lauriente curled into the far bottom corner, then she awarded a penalty for Giulio Maggiore’s foul on Emil Ceide.

Andrea Consigli and Luigi Sepe both made several big saves, Sassuolo running riot after the break with Kristian Thorstvedt, Abdou Harroui and Janis Antiste.
