With Giampaolo all set for the Milan job, newspapers are trying to work out how he’d change the team to suit his style of football.

According to La Repubblica, he has requested an approach for 23-year-old Czech Republic international Schick, believing he can revitalise the striker’s career at San Siro.

It would be a different role to the one he currently has with Roma, in a deeper position behind Krzysztof Piatek and possibly also Patrick Cutrone.

The Rossoneri would offer Andre Silva as part of the deal, seeing as he is not required following his loan spell at Sevilla.

Instead, Andre Silva would fit in with potential new Roma Coach Paulo Fonseca, also Portuguese.
