Roma forward Patrik Schick says this season “must be” important for him, after an up and down first season.
The Czech international joined the Giallorossi from Sampdoria last summer, but he scored just three goals all season.
“Being able to do the whole pre-season is important for me,” Schick told AS Roma Match Programme.
“It feels much better, when you don’t have pre-season from the start you struggle a lot and it’s easy to have physical problems. That’s the big difference compared to last year.

“I don’t think I’ve changed a lot in terms of character, the biggest difference, as I said, is the preparation. I hope it will change the whole season.
"It’s not that this could be an important season for me: it must be. And I believe it will be.”
