Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali confirms “there is a very good chance of completing” Stefano Sensi’s transfer to Inter.
The midfielder had originally been close to Milan, but the Nerazzurri suddenly dived in with a reported €25m offer and quickly agreed personal terms too.
“We are negotiating, there is a very good chance of completing the deal,” director general Carnevali told SportMediaset.

“We are negotiating, there is a very good chance of completing the deal,” director general Carnevali told SportMediaset.
“We’re on the right track and will meet up again next week. Inter proved that their interest was more concrete than other clubs, who at the moment are further behind in the race.
“I’m sure Antonio Conte will improve Sensi even further, as he is already growing well and is ready for this next step.”
The Italy international will turn 24 in August and has been at Sassuolo since January 2016.
