Arrigo Sacchi believes Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri would instigate a ‘major revolution’ at Juventus.

Sacchi is known for his long-standing admiration of Sarri, and the legendary Milan Coach feels Juve would benefit from the ‘style and identity’ proposed by the 60-year-old, who led Chelsea to Europa League glory on Wednesday.

“Sarri winning with Chelsea gave me great pleasure,” he told Radio Capital.

“If he didn’t, people would’ve said he was in that category of Coaches who are good but never win.

“He won deservedly. He won a game that wasn’t easy. He has some great players, but they generally play little for the team.

“I have a fondness for Coaches who give a certain style to the team. In Italy there are only four or five who are good strategists and give their team an impression.

“All the others are just tacticians. Sarri has shown that he knows how to give his teams a style, an identity. Sarri at Juventus would be a major revolution.”
