Rudi Garcia says it’s a ‘pleasure’ to join Napoli and return to Italy: ‘I am motivated and ambitious.’
The ex-Roma coach has been hired by the Partenopei for 2023-24.
“What a pleasure to join Napoli’s project. What a pleasure to return to Italy,” Garcia wrote on Twitter after Napoli’s official statement.
“I am motivated and ambitious, now more than ever, to continue to bring up the colours of the Italian Champions.”
Napoli have revealed no details regarding Garcia’s contract.
The French coach left Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr this past April, after just one season at the club.
He has returned to Italy more than seven years after being sacked by Roma in January 2016, when he was replaced by Luciano Spalletti.
