Delio Rossi has warned today's opponents Brescia that his Palermo side “rarely get two games wrong on the trot.”

The Sicilians are smarting from their 3-1 defeat at Cagliari last week and need to get back on track.

“We rarely get two games wrong on the trot and will certainly never underestimate an opponent,” assured the Coach.

“In any case, we must never consider it a given that we'll pick up three points thanks to an individual moment of magic, as this is not the case.

“Brescia have faced every match since the start of the season as crucial to achieving safety from relegation.”

Palermo played in Cagliari last weekend with only one fit striker, Massimo Maccarone, but Fabrizio Miccoli has now recovered from a flu virus.

“Maccarone is a player in my squad and will give his heart and soul, even if some things don't go his way.”

It has been confirmed that Maccarone is on the transfer market.
