Roma have named their squad to travel out to face Bayern Munich in midweek, and are without Douglas Maicon.
The Giallorossi head out to Germany this Wednesday evening in the Champions League looking to set right the 7-1 mauling suffered at the hands of Pep Guardiola’s men a fortnight ago in Rome.
However, they must do it without their experienced full-back Maicon. The club were expected to not pick the Brazilian after he failed to take part in training at Trigoria today and so it has transpired, as he is still struggling with an inflammation to his knee.
